The staff at the resort is incredible! From the Valet, to the front desk, and to housekeeping. Extra thanks to the pool staff, especially Brandon and Charlie. Rooms and grounds were immaculate. Loved the infused water, pastries, and fruit delivered to our room every morning. This place is above and beyond amazing!! Every detail is well thought out. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful grounds, friendly staff and the food was really delicious at each of the restaurants we tried. We were lucky enough to receive an upgrade thanks to my Expedia status which made everything even better. Plus we were offered to enjoy our room until it was time for our taxi to pick us up at 3pm which essentially was an extra day of vacation. That made such a difference, I wish more hotels would be flexible like this.

This was my second time visiting, this time with friends, and we couldn’t resist booking another trip with more friends in February! The resort is beautiful, and the staff are incredibly warm and helpful. There are a few small things that could be tweaked, but overall it was an amazing experience. We loved every meal, and dinner at Kahal was a standout — I’m definitely going back just for that amazing Pad Thai! Kiddos to the chef!

Beautiful property, stunning grounds full of gorgeous plants and vegetation, modern and elegant architecture. Fabulous amenities 4 pools and many areas for private seating. Lovely orchard. Spa amenities are fabulous. The food was delicious and fresh absolutely amazing. Staff super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel for a great getaway - minimum 2 nights are a must to enjoy this spectacular property. Also ocean front location offers unforgettable sunsets.

Great staff and nice property. There had been storm damage before we arrived so they were working to fix a lot of things and quite a bit was unavailable. We had to move rooms due to an air conditioner malfunction. I hoped they would have offered to compensate us in some way for the inconveniences and unavailability of several amenities but unfortunately this was not the case. That said, the staff was unfailingly friendly and responsive and made our stay a good one.

Wonderful Stay at Más Olas We had a great experience overall. Everyone working at Más Olas was extremely professional and helpful—from Fernando, who gave us a tour of the property, to the friendly reception staff (especially Scarlett), and of course, the amazing team at the main pool bar. The hotel gardens are stunning, with plenty of peaceful corners to sit and relax. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean is absolutely beautiful, and the two additional pools were also fantastic. The location is perfect—close to Todos Santos and several great surfing beaches, and only about an easy hour-and-a-half drive to La Paz and its breathtaking beaches. Highly recommend!

Beautiful hotel and location. Service is horrible, scratch your head horrible. I don’t think we had a meal without an issue. We were often forgotten about and every request had to be made multiple times. One day at the pool bar I asked about my drink order and the guy dead pan said “ you think I remember what you asked for?” We arranged for taxis into town (which are a fortune) also to be forgotten about. On the ride to town we were paired with another passenger who we dropped off in the opposite direction making a 15 minute ride 45 minutes. We were also forgotten to be picked up and the restaurant seemed to care more than the hotel. I could go on but note you will not feel taken care of there. There was one person serving the whole pool. The food is also extremely expensive and inconsistent. One day we got a ceviche by the pool that was excellent. Ordered the same dish the next day (which they forgot about and came an hour later) only to be half the size and too salty to eat. Speaking with other guests they shared the same sentiments. The staff are all very nice but it seems as if the hotel just opened. As our stay progressed they kept running out of food options.

This was probably the 4th or 5th stay at Kimpton Mas Olas. The rooms are spacious with lots of natural light. The bathtub in addition to the shower was great. The entire staff of the hotel are remarkably intelligent and genuinely caring about their work and are just plain nice human beings. The restaurant options on site are great. The food is excellent at each of there. We had a wonderful walk down the beach... probably a mile or so..... absolutely beautiful.

The people are the number 1 reason why I would go back. Armando runs the property and has put his heart and soul in making sure you are seen. The accommodations are so clean modern and welcoming! Chef Sandro is just the icing on the cake. His food creations will leave you with wonderful memories.

Selected ocean front view premier king and allocated room # 204 so nice view, very near to their Kahal Restaurant bar. Clean property and very nice great customer services by all staff members. Inside of property is nicely maintained with local tropical vegetations like different types of Cactus. Their Botanical garden and spa is excellent too. Botanica restaurant is superb and good to visit all evenings of stay. Main road to entrance road work is much needed by local municipality and direction boards are also needed on the roads.

The pictures don’t make justice, our stay was exceptional. The food was delicious the service impeccable, the views mesmerizing, the garden was breathtaking, the spa and fitness center was top of the line. Different pools and walkable sandy beach. Swimmable if you are a good swimmer

This resort is incredible. They have beautiful walking paths and gardens. Their spa has separate saunas, showers, and hot tubs for men and women. There are several pools and restaurants on the property to choose from. The plunge pool on our balcony overlooking the ocean was so relaxing. We went in February and the weather was perfect and we saw whales every day. Every staff member was helpful and friendly.
