2/10 Terrible

"The gym is closed for repairs. The waterpark hours are very limited. They don’t allow you to use the pool until 3pm on weekdays (including Fridays) and 10am on Saturdays. Why did I pay to stay here when the 2 amenities I wanted weren’t available to us?"

"I used to think this was one of the best hotels in El Paso areas. Unfortunately I can't say that anymore. We booked this hotel on our way and back from a recent trip and both times our room was not very clean, not very well mantained, air conditioner made a weird noise waking us a few times during the night (it sounded like it needed maintence) breakfast wasn't ready on time. There's a reason we got it for a cheaper deal."
