This is very poor on hotel.com’s service
They would not give me a room even though Hotel.com confirmed it.
They said they do not work with Hotel.com or Expedia

We liked everything, very friendly welcome, immaculately clean. Good WiFi. Small terrace and outdoor furniture. Great location. Good for a budget overnight stay.
