大廳在三樓，但有電梯，不用提行李爬樓梯，一樓警衛人非常和善，櫃台人員還可以，房間和照片中一樣，沒有落差，空間大，冰箱、熱水壺、保險箱、衛浴用品、吹風機都有，衣架也多，很適合曬衣服，大廳外也有提供飲水機，不怕水喝完，早餐也算不錯，雖然重覆性高，但已值得了；隔壁是傳統市場和五金生活百貨，巴士站就在斜對面，回程買了klook的接駁車就是在那邊搭乘，步行約六、七分鐘有按摩店，去鎮上也近，搭嘟嘟車不用十分鐘就到了，整體來說很便利。吵鬧的部份，很容易入睡的所以沒特別想法，網路偏弱但這邊本來網路就這樣，基本上算是cp值不錯的飯店，只是第二、三天，開了空調不知為什麼會冒濃濃白煙，飄著燒焦味，但關掉再開卻又沒有，請了人員來看，沒有解釋原因，只說若覺得還有味道建議開窗戶，房務清潔的部份沒有到非常好，垃圾會忘記收，收了廁所卻沒收外面，腳踏墊異常的髒，不知道是洗不乾淨還是根本沒換??補毛巾補一半，第一天有小毛，但隔天收了小毛後，就沒補了，直到退房前一天才又補，再來就是朋友請房務換床單後，隔天腿與腳卻有被蟲咬的痕跡，像是床蟲或跳蚤....但房間卻又算是有整理過，不算髒....算是很奇怪的一件事。

我本來給它120分的，只可惜....

如果沒有下列兩個經驗，我覺得這間飯店是滿分了。但還是提醒一下之後去住宿的人： 1.我有一些零錢（1000p以下的零錢）放在某個包包的拉鍊袋中，已經連續好幾天，整理的人都沒有動，我本來很讚賞的。結果在倒數第二天，我發現零錢被拿走了。因為我沒有把錢收好，我自己也有責任，原因是房間保險箱壞了，重要物品我是拿去隔壁朋友房間鎖，這些零錢我懶的拿去。不過雖然我自己有責任，我認為作人的基本原則還是不應拿取不屬於自己的東西啦。我沒有跟旅館反應，因為這沒有證據。請大家自己小心。 2.我覺得非常糟，但也不是飯店的問題，只是希望提醒飯店，這樣的服務連帶也是影響了我們對飯店的評價啊。我們請飯店代訂愛妮島-公主港的包車，包車司機在中途私接客還騙我們這客人是她朋友(就算是朋友也不行啊）至於為何知道他騙人，因為後來這客人下車時拿錢給司機還閃閃躲躲並回頭偷看我，對此我們不開心，但是很怕中途被司機丟包，所以隱忍。之後司機說他肚子餓要我們等他吃飯20分鐘，我就非常生氣，我們不是包12小時讓你沒時間吃飯，這車程只要4小時，你之前不能先吃嗎？司機還皮皮的下車點菜要吃，是我朋友下去勸他，他才悻悻然上車。之後到了公主港，他也沒立刻送我們去飯店，繞去某個地方，換了聲稱是他哥哥的人上車，且又多了一個女乘客。然後司機又一直往我們飯店反方向開，我忍不住提醒之後，才往我們飯店開。啊還有一個我們覺得有點可惜的，如果把房卡拔起，冰箱的電也會斷掉喔。

Best accommodations we stayed at in the Philippines. Room was large, clean and well maintained. Staff were attentive. We often brought a lot of sand into the room and they cleaned it up quickly. Bed was very comfortable. Room was surprisingly quiet considering we were right beside a busy road. We paid for breakfast to be included. It was tasty, buffet style so you could choose how much you ate, and variety from day to day. Honestly a great stay.

The hotel is beautiful and it is in a fantastic location. There is a great big shopping centre immediately beside it and there are always tricycles outside to go into town proper. There is a drugstore very close by as well. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous. The bathrooms are amazing. The showers are huge. They have a great rain faucet and it feels as though they have soft water. The only two downsides to this place are, most importantly the air-conditioning does not air condition. The room was warm continuously no matter how hard we tried and no matter how many staff assisted us. The other downside is housekeeping is a little on the lax side of life. We left for all day excursions informed the staff we would like our room cleaned and left a sign on the door and three out of the four days. It was not done by the time we got back at 6 o’clock in the evening.

Spacious room with a stunning water view. Clean, comfortable beds, everything worked. The breakfast offerings were pretty basic but the view from the rooftop dining area was beautiful. Staff were all friendly and helpful. A quick drive to town on trike (100 pp) if a 12 min walk. Laundry service near by.

Extremely hot rooms with no A/C, they kept saying it was getting fixed but this is the second night of not being able to sleep or shower. Do not stay here. We are still here for a few nights and we’re asking for a refund so we can stay somewhere else with A/C.

Booked my brother a room and they did not live to the accommodation we agreed upon booking. They did not have the room available and then had to move my brother again to a different room that was even worse than the first. Also the pictures did not look like it in person.

My wife and I stayed here with our family and it was a good place to stay close to El Nido proper. The Air conditioners in our rooms were hit or miss, but the complementary breakfast was okay and we had good access to the town and the beach below. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would recommend for a stay on a budget, but don’t expect a 5 star experience.

The room was big, good shower with hot water, mini fridge in room and bottled water, our room view was amazing. A short tuk tuk ride to food places, close to the boat tours. Breakfast was just ok. The front desk tried quoting me triple the price I was told to get to the airport. I would stay here again.

Everything was great, decent walking distance from where all the action is. When we arrived I did think I got scammed. The outside of the hotel definitely needs to be updated. You know what they say, it’s the inside that matters. Inside is clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Would stay again

Where do I start? After a 5 hour drive from Puerto Princessa I was expecting to have a decent clean room to sleep in, but I was wrong. First of all, the bed sheets had a brown stain on them. The elevator smelled like mold, bathroom looked as if a toddler had applied gout to the toilet bowl and sink. I asked the staff where I could get some seafood for dinner and they directed me to a tourist trap where the food was over priced and tasted overly sweet.i had better luck asking a tricycle driver where I could get some seafood. I rented a moped and paid 700 pesos for a day. The person who dropped off the moped tried to double charge me for the rental. Aside from that, the person brought the moped with empty gas. I would avoid this place at all cost and find another place to stay. The pictures that are posted are edited. The room smelled like mold. If you like to watch television, good luck because the reception is terrible. Please do yourself a favor and find a nicer place down the street.
