NH Collection Mexico City Reforma
Hotel is next to the bars and I could hear the music going until 4am every night. The shower had no hot water, the TV would constantly stop working and a small M&M bag was over $3. My room was only cleaned 1 day out of 4. I spoke to the front desk but they never rectified anything.

Location was great, I asked prior to my arrival if they had an iron or steamer and never got a response. I am big on cleanliness and there was hair in the bathroom and on the bed. Hotel & Suites PF
Staff are friendly, housekeeping was poor. Concierge and front desk excellent. The hotel must be built over the metro. The building sways, creeks and groans like an earthquake every day.
