「Very disappointed with this accommodation. The check-in process was very difficult — the keyless entry codes didn’t work, and despite being told by email the room would be ready, it wasn’t ready when we arrived at 5pm. We eventually had to collect swipe keys from another office because the building office was closed. The bedroom shutters did not close at all, meaning there was no privacy as the room faced a walkway with motion sensor lights turning on constantly through the night. We reported...

「一个字脏，三个字脏乱差. 一个连床罩打开还有前面客人住过的体毛和微微发黄带有污垢的床单.卫生间的洗漱用品包装都从白色变黄色了，还有所谓的免费停车根本没有.有可能就多花几块钱去住其它酒店.」

「The hotel was clean, modern, well furnished, and the suite was spacious. We enjoyed staying there. The only knock is that it's a little way from the Centro (although the bus connections are good) and right across from a big hospital. So there was noise from the ambulances going by frequently,」
