"We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at AWA Holbox and actually got engaged in our room, with fizz on the beachfront balcony. The bath on the balcony is just amazing and I loved it. The bed is super comfy, the room spacious and air con great. Lovely rooftop and nice pool around the bar. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and eager to hear how our stay was. The only couple of minor 'cons' were the nearby constructoin which one night went on until 10pm - thi was outside of the hotel;s control and they were apologetic. Another totally out of their control was the smell of the rotting seaweed which apparently is common in Holbox directly after the rainy season. The staff were up very early cleaning and scraping it off the beach each day. We will most definitely be back though - incredible. The hotel is about a 15 min walk into the town centre or a very quick golf cart taxi that cost 150 pesos. "

Amazin food (fresh fish catch of the day a most) friendly very attentive service with high hospitality standards thank you all but specially to the team at la Popular with fun Rey ( good laughs) , Andy,Daniela, Cristy and Victor. Devoluxtion at it’s best.If you want peace in a natural environment this is it.Please refrain from booking this property if you like all inclusive hotels, loud music,reggeton,party,big groups of friends or kids.This is a wonderful experience to get in communion with yourself and nature. "Thank you Laura and Mero Mero hotel. It was a perfect place to unwind and decompress after 6 days of diving. Sometimes the pictures are misleading but the subtle and petite property is even more beautiful and relaxing than advertised. El Cuyo is a special place, very mellow and quiet which was perfect for me"

"This property was perfect! Right on the beach. The staff was very helpful and offered local recommendations as I was traveling alone. It was very safe and quiet. There was a small fridge/freezer in my room and table. The only thing I'd add would be a stool for the table as there wasn't really a place for me to eat but I made due. The tent has warm water and airconditioning and wifi. The power went out once for a few hours - not the hotels fault - but I just went to the beach to cool off. It was very easy to keep sand out of the tent as there are additional external bathrooms with showers to rinse sand off toes. Can't wait to come back! Thank you Geyser for the hospitality!"

"Excellent option for vacation stay. We had cool air conditioner, good WiFi, kitchenette with electric stove and kitchenware. Hot/cold water runs well. Good hotel restaurant and there are many others in the area.Very close to the beach. There are mini shops close by. And a lot of sun, sand and ocean! The host and the staff are very kind, responsive and very helpful. Highly recommended! Roman and Oxana."
