"The room smelled like it had been smoked in. A hand towel had lipstic stain on it. The coffee creamer in the room was old as it was in chunks. It's located right next to I75, so lots of noise with traffic & moving tractor trailers. The hotel looks extremely dingy, old and dirty to the eye. We decided not to eat from the morning breakfast."

"Older hotel. Although our over all stay was good there are a few things that need to be attended to. The door to our room was very tight and hard to open. You had to kick it to get it to open. The clock in the room didn’t work. Our room was not cleaned the next day and when I called the desk they said you have to request a cleaning and get on the cleaning list. The next day by 2 PM it was not cleaned. I called the desk again and ask if we were still on the list to be cleaned that day and they said yes we were. Later that evening when we returned from dinner the room had not been cleaned and when I called a third time they said we were on the list and they didn’t know why the room was not cleaned. We were never told that we had to get on a cleaning list when we checked in."
