Perfect stay in el chalten
The reception was amazing! The guy who i even don’t know the name has been so kind and advised us in everything. The location is perfect because close to both trekking. Only wi-fi a bit malfunctioning.

De verwarming in de kamer was niet uit te krijgen en het was er bloedheet, in het midden van de nacht uiteindelijk gewoon het raam open gezet. De temperatuur in de douche ook zeer moeilijk te regelen. Ontbijt aan de magere kant. Wel voldoende water in de badkamer, propere kamer en hotel in het algemeen en vriendelijk personeel. Beetje duur voor wat het is.

Nice place, great staff, stay here
I'm very happy with the small hostel, comfortable bed for nice sleep. The staff Jorge is far from superb in helping guests, he did far than expected to help us, would come back definitively.
Hotel bem localizado, perto do início da trilha para o fitz roy (acredite faz diferença na volta), com camas confortáveis para uma boa noite de sono, o staff Jorge foi fantástico e foi muito além do esperado para nos ajudar, ficamos muito impactados positivamente, voltaria com certeza!

If there is any talking, etc you will hear it and a leaky faucet that dripped all night. House rules NO clothes washing. Went down to breakfast at five minutes before 10 am. and everything was already put away, they only offered us a cup of coffee! Breakfast 7 to 10 am. Very basic room, no TV, refrigerator/mini bar or WIFI signal in the room. We did like the location, near some nice places for dinner and drinks.

Chambre avec une forte odeur d'égout dès que l'on rentrait dedans. L'état de la chambre est très moyen (il y a des réparations à faire, comme la poignée de la salle de bain, l'ouverture de la fenêtre) ect...

Room was clean and neat. Very considerate staff that speaks English and although the hotel is bare bones the coffee and breakfast are quite serviceable. WiFi is of low quality but available if you'd like to check your email.

Reservei cama de casal porém ao chegar no local o meu quarto era com duas camas de solteiro. Apesar disso a localização é ótima, café da manhã gostoso e o dono muito simpático (nos deu desconto por conta do quarto de solteiro)

O quarto em que ficamos era bem simples, mas limpo e com boa calefação. Café da manhã delicioso. Equipe atenciosa. Tivemos problema com o chuveiro em duas ocasiões, em que a água parou de sair durante o banho, a situação, embora chata, foi resolvida.
