「Personnel parlant français, arrangeant et agréable. Propreté de la chambre et locaux commun. Literie de bonne qualité. Accès direct au parc. Buffet de qualité, varié. Seul bémol : le chauffage dégageait une odeur sale, de renfermée type cave.」

「Hotel was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. The best thing was the breakfast which was excellent. Our room was kind of noisy at night because of local traffic outside. All the equipment in the gym needs repaired. We didn't get to use the spa. The rooms were clean and comfortable although the AC in our room didn't blow cold enough. the safe cost extra, parking cost extra, and in-room coffee cost extra. Overall we would recommend and stay again.」

「It was just okay. The room was spacious, but parking was a problem. Staff were not well informed about the area or major local events(such as the El Vendrell Three Kings Day celebrations). They seemed more concerned with what was on their phones than what was going on with their customers.」

「For the price we paid, it is fair for limited services. The bath tub was good, however, after one bath, there was not enough hot water for others to shower...and the air conditioner was quite noisy at night.」

「The staffs at the front desk were professional and kind who gave me a good impression. Although the equipment was old in my room, I could find various house tools. There was no WIFI signal in the room. If you need the internet, go to the lobby. The location is nice. PortAventura and the beach are within the 10-minute walk distance. In general, it's a budget choice for 3-5 people.」

「I didn't have a beachview even though it was advertised as having one. These apartments are not suitable for winter use as they get no sun all day and as a result are extremely cold. Our apartment was damp and very cold on arrival so it took a couple of days to start to feel warm. The temperatures were quite low around 7 °. The radiator in the bathroom didnt work so showering was extremely unpleasant. Our hob in the kitchen also didn't work abd there was no bottle opener. I would say summer...
