「The man at the gate was intimidating and stood over me and told me to turn off my motorbike, then demanded my passport. This was my welcome to the hotel. The room was comfortable and I slept well, and the beach did not have too much trash on it. When I tried to leave they insisted I had to pay; even though I paid through Expedia. I was made to stay and wait for half an hour while they figured it out, and I felt embarrassed and like a criminal. I do not recommend.」

「Property seemed very old, not maintained, no air condition, reception staff not very helpful at all, room lists prices for laundry and no laundry available. Booked room with air conditioning, no air condition rooms for family of 4. Breakfast was ok. The person who set up breakfast in breakfast was helpful but other than that wouldn’t recommend this property at all…. 」

「The hotel is not what we were told. There were no covers on the windows, the pool is under construction. We were misled on this hotel. Very disappointing. The only saving grace was the nice ladies who brought the coffee in the morning. The hotel should not rent until the property is ready.」
