「I lived staying at the ventana. We all had so much fun, our experience with the property was extremely good. Will highly recommend this place. Just one thing I would recommend is in the shower. I had a terrible fall, the shower was very slippery that I slid and fell down hurting my arm and head. Despite of the fall, my parents and husband really enjoyed staying at the ventana that we hope to come back some day not just us but with family. 「My teenage daughters and I had a wonderful and adventurous stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms cleaned daily, amenities plentiful for a nice relaxing stay. Friendly shuttle service roundtrip from airport , on-site car rental for trips into town like Malecón. Only down was not being able to enjoy a swim in the beautiful ocean water due to JellyFish in the waters. Wasn't aware but this is usual between May-June months」

Mi único comentario es que las rampas de acceso a la playa no son fáciles de transitar, por momentos llegan a ser resbalosas y sería mejor optar por homologar todo con escalones. Gracias」

There was no water pressure in the shower, the hot water was hit or miss and if it was a hit you had about 5 minutes of it. The towels were in very poor shape and looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years. The bath mats and mats in the bedroom were mismatched in the condition of rags.
