A remote location that is not too far from town with an excellent view. Clean room and friendly staff. great breakfast. They let us check out late and keep our bags in one room until we departed which was so kind and accommodating! I would stay here again!

A retreat in El Calafate

Hotel is better in real life than in the photos! We absolutely loved it and would come back with no hesitation. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Wishing we had stayed an extra night!

Stay at Edenia

Staff great. Restaurant on site is reasonably priced compared to in town and the food offered is better. The free shuttle bus service to town is useful and saves taxis fares. Views are the best in El Calafate.

Its location outside the city, overlooking Lago Argentina is a plus. Plenty of space to park the car. The gravel road to access needs improvement. The front desk and restaurant staff good.

A wonderful hotel, and I would especially like to highlight its staff. The only thing that was not perfect is that it is not located near the city centre, and since it is far away if you do not have a car, it is difficult to access. Its restaurant is very good, perhaps with a rather short menu. The best thing about the hotel: its customer service.

Far from the city. The shuttle service is not convenient. Have to take a cab every time we need to go into the city. The staff does not speak a word of English. We were able to manage with our broken Spanish. Some of them are unprofessional . We booked a message 2 days in advance and confirmed the day before. When we arrived 10 mins prior to our appt, they lied and said that we never confirmed. When confronted, they said that the lady is in other hotels and will not make it. When asked why we were not informed about this earlier, they had an I don't care attitude and smirked. Very disappointed in their service. Positives include clean rooms, bathrooms, daily cleaning service, breakfast in the morning.

Parabéns aos funcionarios e administração , ótimos em limpeza , atenção e organização . Só faltou a Bíblia (a Palavra de Deus , o manual do fabricante ) nos quartos . Internet muito bom o SINAL . Acústica dos quartos é fraca , escuta o vizinho dos lados falarem palavrões , constrangedor . a TV ligada também escuta dos lados mesmo na hora de dormir . Não deveriam permitir fumantes nem do lado de fora do refeitório , pois o mal cheiro do cigarro penetra no ambiente .

The views of the Argentina lake are stunning. We had a great time walking around the property. They also provide convenient shuttle to downtown Calafate. If there was anything I would change it would be that the interior and the room itself would get a bit toasty at night. We turned of the heater and that helped but did not solve the issue. We ended up opening the window slightly, but felt bad we were likely wasting energy by doing so.

Decepcionante: Lejos del centro y el transporte empieza a las 10 y cada 3 horas, el personal de recepción no se caracteriza por la amabilidad , no te dan los beneficios vip de expedia, habitaciones muy ruidosas , nadie exige el uso de cubrebocas cuando uno se sirve el desayuno por lo que la gente contamina la comida a la vista de los del restaurante y no pasa nada

Hotel decepcionante! TRANSPORTE: transportes del aeropuerto no te llevan al hotel, te dejan en el centro y de ahí tienes que coordinar pero en la recepción nunca contestan el teléfono. Si no tienes auto ofrecen traslado cada 3 horas a partir de las 10am pero sólo reservando, sino tendrás que buscar como movilizarte. PERSONAL: de recepción para NADA amables y si eres vip en expedia NO TE DAN ni siquiera la bebida de cortesía. INSTALACIONES: vista al lago pero las instalaciones están poco mantenidas y está muy alejado del centro. HABITACIONES: ruidosas, se escucha todo lo que sucede en la de la par, hasta cuando se abre un tubo de agua. DESAYUNO: normal, no se está pendiente de las medidas de seguridad por COVID, las personas y los niños se acercan a la comida sin tapabocas e incluso estornudan encima a la vista del personal y no hacen nada.

The staff - especially front desk were AMAZING. So helpful and friendly. Hotel was a little far away from anything, but the shuttle was so easy to access it was not a problem.
