「I arrived early 6am and had to wait 6 hrs for the rooms. Although, I was willing to pay extra for early check in but apparently there were no rooms available. We had to wait in the lobby/Bar and kept asking if they had any rooms available and I did so because I would see people leaving but I guess they took hours to get the rooms ready. I felt no consideration from the staff as I had a senior with me. I was assigned rooms completely on opposite ends of the building. One on 1st floor on the west...

「We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day.
