It was clean well maintained had a water park and midway rides but there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that permiated everything. We had to sleep with the bathroom door closed with the fan on and all the windows open and bedroom door closed"

"This property is a true scam in every sense. This is NOT A RESORT! These are privately owned apartments.There is no reception but rather a guy sitting in his van next to a mobile grocery store servicing the few units. The apartment was not cleaned once the previous guests left. The bathroom was extremely filthy with rags used to clean the floor pushed to a corner of the bathroom. We slept on a couch because the beds were very dirty and the pillows had puke on them. The apartment had a gas leak...
