Hosts are very nice and communication was easy. The room had everything we needed. However - the glass partition separating the room from the shower/toilet wasn't entirely view-proof. The room was so beautiful, clean and huge. The hitel public areas were girgeius green garderns and everything was well maitained. Most of all the service level was exceptional! Felt like a 5 star hotel in Eur not Israel
