I got an excellent service at this hotel the friendly workers from all the areas especially Maria and Nathalie from the front desk and keren from the dining room. Everyone is amazing. We got all we needed and the best part is so close to all the attractions! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I would be back!

Высокий отель в самом центре. Довольно грязный и липкий был, возможно из за молодёжи наполняют отель. Полотенца, мыло и шампунь приходилось просить на ресепшене. Первый комнату поменяли на другую из за грязи и поломоного телевизора. Администраторы отзываются быстро и решают проблему. Бассейн бесполезный ибо открыт с 9 по 17 . Еда на троечку. + в центре Имеется бесплатная парковка от отеля Активная администрация - грязный и липкий Еда на троечку. Неухоженый - пошарпаные стены и кривые двери.. Тв только антена..

Horrible asylum type room

When we checked in, the room was nothing like what was advertised. It was late at night so we really didn’t have any choice but to suffer through it. When checking the room closer, one of the mattresses had a huge blood stain at the head of the bed. We slept in our clothes on top of the sheets. We had to get up early the next morning. Additionally, there was so much clubbing noise. We complained at checked out but the person at the desk didn’t care. We contacted hotels.com to complain but the hotel was unwillingly to do anything about any compensation. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

חוויה גרועה ביותר. אל תאמינו לתמונות, מיקום גרוע כל היום רעש רעש ושוב רעש בלילה אי אפשר לישון בשל המיקום באיזור הפרסים. מלא צעירים שלוקחים ועושים מסיבות בחדרים. בקיצור לא להתקרב, אנחנו שילמנו על 3 לילות ויצאנו לילה לפני בגלל חוסר השינה ואי הנוחות שצברנו שם.

בסדר גמור

בסך הכל היה בסדר גמור, בריכה נקייה, מיקום מעולה פלוס, חדר נקי, בלילה יש קצת רעש מהפבים הסמוכים (לבקש קומה גבוהה), מריה מהקבלה מקסימה קשובה ועוזרת, בסך הכל נהנינו. מהקבלה היו מסבירי פנים לכל בקשה שלנו. יחסית למחיר ויחסית לבתי מלון באירופה, מלון זה טוב מאוד, ולמי שיוצא לטייל ולא יושב כל היום בחדר זה מעולה. לא נהננו מהשירות של hotels.com. נתקלנו בבעייה בהזמנה ובהתקשרות איתם ענה רק דובר אנגלית, לזכותה של מריה מהקבלה עזרה לנו מאוד.

המלון לא נקייי בכללל נכנסתי למלון ריח דוחה מרוב שאין אנשים נתנו לי ללכת לראות חדרים מה שאני רוצה החדרים ישניים ולא נקייים החדרנית מרססת שפריצר של מרכך בשביל להראות שיש ריח טוב המלון מזעזע בצורה קיצונית מממש פשוט לקחתי את כספי בחזרה ועפתי משם
