「我6pm到達check in, 被告之上一個客人不願離開，而他們已經fully booked, 只剩下一間6張床的房間，而裡面裝修殘舊，並且入到去好陰好暗很不舒服，所以我們一家都拒絕入住。 之後他們安排了我們在市中心的一間apartment, 一進入大廈的正門，更比之前那間陰森恐怖。總使入到Apartment, 裡面的裝修都很新，可是卻非常陰暗。最奇怪是有一張BB食飯枱在房間對著睡覺的床，弄得整晚都睡得非常不好，第二朝只能早些起床岀發行程。幸好只是住一晚，不然必會立即換酒店。 我不會再來住宿，也不會推薦給其他人。」

Sehr sauber, gemütlich und vor allem gibt es absolut alles, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht: von hervorragender Ausstattung und Geschirr in der Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett mit neuer Bettwäsche. 「Location is good. Just about 5 minutes walk from the Bregenz Train Station, and 3 minutes walk to the lake. Outside wall and first floor is currently under re-construction, and won't be finished until the end of June. Staffs are very friendly.」

「The hotel was good especially the pool, I re-book the hotel because of the amazing swimming pool. However the early checked in wasn't able to make it so i have to have shower in the gym which no shampoo nor shower gel provided. My flight will be in the morning so hopefully they can have a room ready for me next time. 」
