「約好5:00pm入住, 沒有職員招待，多次電話聯絡，十多分鐘才到，帶我們上apartment，入內才知道未有清潔房間，又未能找人支援，衹有帶我們去鄰近的其他apartment, 我們訂的是2房可以住兩對夫妻成年人的apartment,但是衹有一個間房內有2張床」

The property is perfectly located in the center of Darmstadt, right in the market area, and surrounded by a wide variety of restaurants offering Turkish, Italian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Halal cuisine. 「In den 5 Tagen (Ende September) haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer, sowie das ganze Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt. Ich finde die Philosophie dieses Hotels bzgl. Nachhaltigkeit und Umweltschutz toll und sollte als Vorbild für andere Hotels durchaus verwendet werden.
