「1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! 「I chose this property because my adult children and grandchildren live in the adjacent building. My family was able to just walk next door, so convenient. The Hotel and our room were new and spotless, and the 17th floor view was amazing. We would chose this hotel again. 」

「Super easy check-in, very nice front desk gentleman, & looked brand new. Even though our TV didn’t work, we didn’t mind as there was plenty to do. Bed was comfortable, room very spacious & had a nice hip feel to it. Extremely reasonably priced as well. If we ever go back, we’ll definitely stay here. Very dog friendly for our service dogs. Thank You! :) 」
