This room (Bronze room) was perfect for our stay and the hotel is centrally located just off the "ring" in the old town and easy walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and wineries. The hotel has their own independent winery and a tasting cellar downstairs. There is even a hotel cat who comes up to greet you (see picture) -- always a good sign when a cat adopts a place :)

It was a unique property as it was located within the walls of the town. It was owned by a working vineyard and offered free parking outside the walled city. It provided facilities like an upscale hostel; such as breakfast and laundry facilities.

We loved this place. The room was very spacious and had a kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was also big and we loved the balcony! The breakfast was excellent. We had a great experience there and would definitely come back given the opportunity. Would highly recommend it! Oh, and free wine tasting!!

This place is a gem. Though we visited in March, where the nights can get cold, our room was very comfortable. Though it was quaint and charming, it had all the modern conveniences. It was helpful to be able to park in front and unload our luggage before moving our car to the suggested car park close by. We enjoyed our breakfast in the downstairs breakfast room, and Antoine suggested a nice place for a Monday night dinner, given that most restaurants are closed on Monday. We loved wandering around lovely Eguisheim during the day to peruse the shops and to spot storks on rooftops. We also enjoyed our peaceful night walks when all the day tourists were gone.

Wir werden und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen.

Zimmer hat unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, war sehr sauber, alles Ok, Personal auch sehr freundlich. Parken auf dem Parkplatz außerhalb des Orts war nicht gut ersichtlich, dass es eine Gebühr kostet; Einfahrt war offen und Parkscheinausgabe zugeklebt mit Klebeband.

Highly recommendable!

We had a wonderful stay. Really nice flat, wonderful cosy place outside to chill in, wonderful staff AND some very good wines too. Nice and clean. Maybe the airconditioning could be better, and we would have liked the communication up to our visit to have been in English - they ARE very good at speaking English. Anyway, she wrote back instantly when we wrote her, having difficulties understanding what they had written in the first place. Minor things to be critical about - we had a great week!!

I Alsace's hjärta

Mycket trevlig vistelse på hotellet mitt i gamla stadskärnan. Bodde i Leon, stor, rymlig lägenhet med full köksutrustning. Hade ändå frukost med i priset som inte var överdådig men hel ok för att vara fransk frukost. Mycket uppskattat att kunna sitta på den gemensamma terrassen och själv kunna välja en flaska av deras gårdsproducerade viner i den olåsta kylen och lägga 10€ i burken ovanpå kylen. Kunde studera storkarnas bon på avstånd genom de små takfönstren. Trevligt bemötande och service men kanske kunde det behövas ytterligare en person i receptionen som också servade vinprovande gäster i lokalen. Lite varmt på rummet när det är 30 grader ute. Fläkt finns men den för lite för mycket oväsen för att kunna sova ostört. Renligheten bra men kunde behöva våttorka golven lite oftare. Överlag en mycket trevlig vistelse.

Anreise am letzten Tag des örtlichen Weinfestes. Trotzdem war um Mitternacht Ruhe. Zimmer war renoviert, sehr guter Zustand. Frühstück war auch o.k., wegen Corona Bedienung, prima. Haben bei unserer Rückfahrt nochmals gebucht.

A warm hotel with nice staff, located in cute area

The hotel locates exactly at the core of Eguisheim, which is the cutest village that you should never miss. I was sick on that day, the reception took the initiative to ask the cleaning to do our room first, and let us check in earlier. The room is super cosy, clean, nicely decorated and spacious. You have everything you need, including the information booklet, all the table set and equipment for cooking, and a laundry room with washing pods and dryer. The breakfast is the best among all the hotels I have stayed. They cooked the egg for the guests one by one depending on if they want scramble or fried egg. We have stayed for the new year. They are very sweet and offered each guest a bottle of wine. I am so happy to spend my new year here, and I will recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Alsace!!

Place is hard to find in a sometimes enforced no traffic zone. Some of staff more helpful than others. Room was not cleaned properly one the rest of time was fine. The rooms are not just small but awkward. Parking is a couple of blocks away. Having said that it’s an interesting place in an otherwise perfect location. Breakfast is quite good as was the wine they produce.
