「Un séjour agréable et un personnel souriant et toujours disponible」

「Rien à dire sur l’hébergement en lui-même. Chambre propre et confortable. État impeccable. En revanche, gros soucis sur la gestion du petit déjeuner ! Le manque de personnel est criant, on a passer notre temps à attendre dire que les produits soient réassortis. Par exemple, les œufs brouillés (froids…) mais plus de bacon, on attend que le bacon arrive, mais évidemment plus d’œufs brouillés à ce moment là. Je veux prendre du yogourt au distributeur mais plus de récipients pour se servir. Les...

「Très bel hôtel dans un quartier proche du centre ville où le stationnement n’est pas payant. Personnel charmant et très professionnel. Très bon petit déjeuner avec du choix et des produits de qualité. J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassé. Je recommande bien sûr cet établissement.」

「Clean and decent room for a short stay. Nice to have your little kitchen. The staff is helpful. What surprised me was there were office hours for the reception. When I got there, I had to unlock a key box to check. Unfortunately, the staff sent me the wrong passcode and I got stuck in the lobby for half an hour. 」

「L’appartement annoncé pour 4 personnes peut être acceptable pour 2 personnes. Le canapé lit , dans le salon, n’est séparé de la cage d’escalier des communs que par une porte toute simple avec un énorme jour en dessous qui laisse passer l’air froid ( et la porte d’entrée en bas de l’escalier ne ferme pas du tout. Il faisait -5 degrés dehors) et le bruit de passage. La nuit où nous avons « dormi »là, les personnes qui louaient l’appartement au dessus sont rentrées au milieu de la nuit et ont fait...
