"Room was clean and tidy and the staff across all areas were excellent and polite. Nothing was too much trouble and although it was very busy that particular weekend, due to a few pre Christmas parties, the staff, especially in the bar / diner and main reception were very attentive and friendly. "I thought we’d be too far from town center especially we don’t have a car. But it’s perfect to stay away from city center and enjoy the nature of the surrounding. Uber back & forth if needed. It’s reasonable price to either take taxi or tram to restaurants if you want to try other meals. The hotel is amazing. Service is great. Buffet n more than sufficient. If you are a gym goer, you’d love the hotel gym (biggest and elegant for a hotel)"
