We go back get another key to another room and there was someone in that room when we opened the door — some guy that we “think” worked there but was dressed in basketball clothing — he left and the room was soo dirty . We did not feel safe so asked to cancel as we were not going to stay after all of this. They said ok but Expedia will have to refund you - I hope someone...

The walls had stains smeared, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in a while, and the bathroom smelled like a nursing home. There wasn’t a continental breakfast or even vending machines. No cable either. They also couldn’t honor my ADA request for a first floor room.」
