Hotel was wonderful for the most part. It looked like a fairly new hotel but there was already some good signs of wear and tear. Seemed like things might not be getting the attention as it’s needed. The room its self was clean but there were were a couple stains in the Carpet that could be cleaned up (nothing major). Also the tub faucet didn’t work for the shower. The water would just barely make it to the shower head. All the water was mainly coming out of the tub faucet when trying to shower. I notified the front deck of this problem when we left and the person at the front deck didn’t really seem to care. I’m not convinced this problem is going to be resolved anytime soon. However the room was big, the room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, hotel was very quiet and was very affordable and we did have a great stay. Great place to stay for the price and great for a dog.

We got in at 2:00 AM so it was a short stay. The room we ordered was a king and we got two queens. Not a show stopper at two in the morning. The room was spacious but smelled stale. The floor was dirty in areas and we had to keep socks on. The beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. The saving grace was a nice breakfast in themorning and friendly staff. This is a well used hotel that just needs some more intensive housekeeping. The rooms seem large and modern but it just wasn't super clean. Simple fixes.

The room was never cleaned before they gave us our key. We asked for it to be cleaned and the housekeeper told the front desk that “it was not possible because I have other things to do” there was no bedding in the bed, there were half drank cups of coffee on the dresser and all the soaps were open and used. They gave us a new room, which was good. However the breakfast was sub par at best. The “sausages” were white and tasted awful and were barely cooked. The waffles were essentially Eggo waffles that were also barely cooked, then put into a warming tray that made them soggy. The eggs were slimy and the apple juice dispenser sprayed apple juice everywhere. We slept alright but I won’t be returning.

They definitely need more staff. When we arrived, it took a while for the front desk to help us because the only person working was running around during a busy time. The entrance wasn't very inviting either; it was dim and the lights were off, making it feel gloomy despite being morning. The breakfast room was also a bit disappointing. While there was enough food, the quality—especially the sausage—was just so-so. It looked like only one person was working the kitchen as well, and the walls were a bit dirty. Our room was actually good, with plenty of space and a kitchen. However, there was a sign asking us to clean the utensils before leaving, yet no dish soap or cleaning pods were provided. It made me wonder if the staff even cleans them between guests. In the bathroom, they provided basic toiletries (soap and shampoo), but the toilet clogged easily. You could also hear children screaming in the corridor. Overall, it was okay for the price—only $110 per night near the airport with breakfast included isn't bad.

Great it was clean and comfortable. Staff were all pleasant. Breakfast was good. The only thing was having to go back down to Lobby to have your key recoded everyday and discovered we weren’t the only ones😂 That being said it was a great place too stay and a good price.

Parking lot was unplowed and icy. The continental breakfast was poor, not a good selection of anything, apples bruised. The eggs tasted like powdered eggs and the waffles were just thawed and put into a warming dish. The room however was clean, bright and comfortable.

I was travelling with a large dog. The room I was given was perfect pet room. Right near the entrance so I could take the dog outside for bathroom breaks easy and quietly. The bed was comfortable, room was quiet. If something was missing it was brought to the room within minutes. It has a nice complementary breakfast and very friendly staff.
