When I arrived to check in the lady was on her phone and glared at me. When I said I would like to check in she rolled her eyes and huffed about it. Seems I was inconvenienced her. She asked for my card and Id. I gave her my bank card, I don’t have a credit card. She got mad and started raising her voice to me about a deposit and a credit card and not paying a deposit since they know the company well that I work for. . I’ve stayed here many times before without a credit card using only a bank card and no issues. Tonight was a major issue. I couldn’t even check in. Never will I stay there again. Now I’m exhausted from working a 15 hour day and have to find another hotel to stay at.

I hope your stays since have been excellent, we strive to provide the best customer service to all guests. The issue with staff has been handled accordingly and this will never been an issue again. We loved our stay there! The wallpaper seems "dated" and the queens seemed like double bed instead of queen
