Good experience overall for a lower rate hotel. Staff were helpful with a late checkout request which I appreciated. Overall room was clean and suitable. I found the pillows very uncomfortable which is odd for a hotel so I ended up getting my own to sleep on. No complaints otherwise.

Rooms are in need of updating. You need an IT degree to get the tv to work or call the front desk….ph no phones in the room to do so? Ice is only available at the front desk. We figured out on the last day of our stay that our room door did not lock?!? Cleanliness is a concern as well as over safety at this hotel.

Found garbage in the room from the previous occupants. The water to the toilet was turned off and I had to turn it on myself.

The room is definitely fine for the price. However, it did need a deep cleaning, that's for sure. There weren't any big problems, but there were a bunch of little problems. When we arrived, there were no towels in the room, we had to go ask for them. The tv was bizarre and we had to figure out workarounds to get it to work properly, and the internet was wonky for the entire first day of our stay. Also our room keys both died and we had to get them both reset despite not keeping them next to any cards or anything, which was very strange. Again, the room is fine and absolutely serves it's purpose! I think the building is just too big and maybe understaffed to keep it maintained, but it definitely needs some updates and a big, big clean. I very much appreciate the staff, who were friendly and happy to help, though!

We arrived 1.5 hours after check in, but the room wasnt ready. That was frustrating, but the employees were very kind and helpful. The room and the hotel are beautiful. The breakfast was very nice.

Overall we were not impressed the second we walked into the lobby and saw the beautiful lobby sadly rundown. From the second floor having no access from the what could be amazing stair case in the lobby to having no main elevator in the lobby either. The cleanliness of the hotel was lacking astronomically, from being outdated to almost everything not working. Rooms need a major upgrade, but the lobby should really give you an over all feel of a hotel walking in and I can say yours gives off a terrible atmosphere. Staining on ceilings throughout the whole hotel almost make you sick wondering what lurks above.

Upon check in my room had nothing. No towels, soap, shampoo, cups, kleenex, even the coffee pot was missing. House keeping did run it all up after i notified front desk but obviously wasn't ready for guests

No towels in room till 1:00am. Sink didn’t drain, a/c didn’t work properly, many light bulbs in building not working and total facility seems under a renovation or about to go bankrupt. Should be 75.00 a night, not $298.00 per night. Major disappointment

Shower leaked all night, the room was lit right up at 6:30 am from the cheap blinds that didn’t shut all the way, I would never stay here again. Looks like the hotel has been abandoned and is very dirty
