"We checked in early and received a room right away. Crystal was very outgoing and friendly. I really liked the bright bathroom lights. It was also very nice to see a magnifying mirror. The free breakfast was satisfactory. Typical sit up with cereal, oatmeal, yogurt (from a machine), waffles, toast, etc. It's convenient to have a free breakfast. Long beach is walkable. The Vons supermarket was just a short block away. Very easy to get to and pick up things before our cruise. Crystal gave us some advice about seeing the sights which we appreciated. Overall nice place to stay. "

"We had a great stay here. The location is hard to beat—right next to The Pike stores and close to the port, which made getting around super easy. The on-site café was a nice bonus and a great spot to grab coffee and relax. Check-in staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient, which always sets the tone for a good stay. The room itself was cozy and felt very homey—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Long Beach."

The TV was quite small, and the sitting area didn’t provide much space to relax. If you value coziness and location, this place works well, but for those who prefer more spacious rooms and better amenities, it might fall short. I definitely will be back. "
