However, felt let down by some other factors during your stay. Our services and procedures at our Cheval Abbey Strand Apartments are currently under review, and hope to implement more effective guest services in the near future. Whilst our apartments are unmanned during certain hours, the team at Cheval Old Town Chambers are always readily available to assist either through the chat icon on our app or by telephone. I have also shared your feedback with our Head Housekeeper, as our apartments should be cleaned daily and I am sorry that on this occasion this service has not been provided.
