「The hotel’s location is good and quiet. Close to the metro station and supermarket. Easy access to the city centre. 」

「The staff is very friendly and helped a lot with town guidance. The hotel has a wonderful cafe on the ground floor, and very comfortable. The only small negative points are, there was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper (I guess it's a very environmentally friendly concept). During my three-night stay, I put the tag "no need to clean the room" on the door, but when I come back to my room on the last day, the shower curtain was totally disappeared. It was very weird and scary, and...

「酒店周圍有食店, 觀光點, 購物商場, 地鐵站就在旁邊, 非常方便。房間寬敞舒適, 有水壺可以泡茶或咖啡。早餐食品種類很豐富, 服務人員笑容滿臉, 樂於幫助, 這是讓我多次入住的原因。 如果硬要找不好的地方, 唯一可說的是淋浴的花灑不夠力而已, 但不算什麼問題。」

「Nice and clean appartment. The Forest is well placed within a short distance to many locations in Copenhagen. We was a family by four, at has a great stay. The only bad thing is the parking situation. Very exspensive! But overall, thank you :)」

「The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. 」
