「Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated 」

「A great base for ski- in and out with friendly staff and good food. Only negative was the dining arrangements which might be helped by allocating room numbers to tables as experienced in other hotels, and to have 2 set sittings to regulate and accommodate groups and the noise!」

「We stayed here only one night in transit from Tignes but it was lovely. I almost wish we had stayed longer. The staff were extremely accommodating, room beautiful & it even had a little kitchenette.」

「Séjour incroyable. Le chalet est magnifique, la chambre triple très grande et hyper bien meublée. La mezzanine est un vrai plus. Le personnel est au petit soin. Excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits faits maison. Le sauna et le bain chaud extérieur sont parfaits après le ski. Merci encore !」

「The hotel itself is fine and the staff are excellent. But to describe the hotel as "ski-in/ski-out" is wholly misleading. The exit/entrance involved a dangerous traverse across about 100m of sheet ice. The hotel itself recommended against using the route, instead suggesting using the free shuttle. That runs about every 90 minutes, so is basically useless. So don't stay here if you don't want to have to drive to the resort each day. Also, don't make the mistake of buying the full Paradiski...

「Notre séjour de 13 jours a été vraiment top. le logement et le batiment sont vraiment excellent. Notre grosse déception a été qu'il n'y a pas de femmes de ménage en dessous de 15 nuits de réservation. donc à 13 nuits, il faut se laver soit même ses draps et serviettes. pour le reste, il y a un aspirateur. J'ai trouvé que ce service au moins tous les 3 jours aurait validé notre séjour comme parfait. A ce standing et tarif, c'est vraiment essentiel ! Petit déjeuner en logement, minimaliste, je ne...
