The Best Western Plus Hotel Universo in Rome exceeded all my expectations. It is, without a doubt, the most beautiful and comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From the very first moment, the staff was simply wonderful—kind, attentive, and always willing to help.
The cleanliness deserves a 100/100. Everything was spotless, from the room to the common areas. I truly felt at home, but with all the luxury of a top hotel.
The location is also excellent, perfect for exploring Rome. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended and I can’t wait to return!"
