「This property is uniquely odd. We arrived at night by car after long drive and couldn't figure out where the entrance was. The grounds are unkept and access roads gravel. It seemed to be an unfinished construction project. Under the light of day the entire upscale neighborhood behind the hotel is in the same unfinished state. Of the 36 rooms I think only 3-4 were occupied. Inside hotel was nicely decorated inluding great room with superb view of the bay. Restaurant breakfast was good, evening...

「Reservamos una cabaña y nos dieron un departamento a 150 metros de la entrada. No era lo que acordamos y le echaron la culpa a la empresa con la cual reservamos. También nos dijeron que el precio que pagamos era muy inferior al real, sin embargo al consultar por una reserva con ellos nos daba el mismo monto. El servicio de mucamas hace la limpieza entre las 14:30 y 17:00 hs, no hay siesta que resista ese horario. 」

「This is the 3rd time trying to write this review. On the way to the airport leaving the US, I messaged Complejo La Lucila to tell them that I would be checking in at around 8pm. They responded with one word, saying our reservation was cancelled. No explenation was given, other than they sold the room to someone else. We were on our way to a foreign country and remote area with no place to stay. No other rooms in the city were available.」

「Le couple de propriétaires nous a réservé un accueil particulièrement chaleureux, toujours à notre disposition quelque soit l'heure. Ils nous ont réservé la sortie en bateau pour voir les baleines, et nous ont donné des conseils précieux pour organiser les visites dans les environs, ce qui nous a permis d'optimiser le temps que nous avons passé sur place. L'hosteria est un endroit charmant, bien placé et proches des bons restaurants qui nous ont ete conseillés. Un grand merci à Mme et Mr Meza....
