Nice place and friendly staff

Check in was fast and easy and front desk person was friendly. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Glad the pools were open and my daughter and I enjoyed them.

Great pools

This is a tired hotel that needs renovating, with loong halls. But there is a hot tub, an indoor pool, and a good-sized outdoor pool - a nice combination:)

There wear many people without face masks, the door locks were hard to open, to many people hanging around hotel that weren't staying there.

I really enjoyed the stay and would Like to make it a yearly trip and stay for a week. The customer service was amazing. I was going to Stay an additional night but decided. It to because of all the local People using the pool Who weren’t staying there and just came in to use it. Some with small unruly children and adults who were a bit obnoxious. And they announced they were coming back the next day again. Another large local group of about 14-16 were using the pool and all Piled up on the picnic table and around it having lunch. With this pandemic that concerned me wish the bar had blended drinks for the pool. I guess they announced I

I book on line they had the wrong last name ans tuen when that got changed they woule not let me check in cuase my card didnt match expida card so it took even longer was treated very rudeley did not even get the room i booked and then housekeeping started knocking at my door at 9 am even though we had a sign up ..... Hardley slept cause the people up stairs had there kids running around till 3 am just not a good atay

Wouldn't stay here

Check in was reasonable and friendly. Facility looked clean. Unfortunately the light and outlets in bathroom did not work. Breakfast was minimal and not very appealing. Lady at front desk on check out wasnt very interested in customer service. Just said oh the breaker must have blown in bathroom and she would tell maintenance. No real apology or offer to make the situation better. Would not stay there again
