"All staff were friendly with a smile and helpful. Front dest lady was excellent, forget her name but it was the Friday night around 6PM when we checked in. She was patient, good at explaining everything and was very easy to deal with. Rooms were very clean and nice to have a complimentary drink and snack each evening as well (nice touch). Spa area was clean and appreciated the hours which gave us time to enjoy it without being rushed. Overall it was a great stay for all of us as we were a group of 10 with 5 rooms and nobody I talked to had any negative comments."

"The housekeeping get into our room with not knocking or letting them s know that they were coming in. Very bad it happened twice. But other than that everything was great. Too bad that housekeeping have to rushed to come in the rooms."
