「Although the first room wasn’t up to our expectations and the neighbors were extremely loud, the front desk staff were very kind and offered a different room and when that was just as bad with the noise they gave us one last room. If it wasn’t for that kindness in switching we would have driven back to Monticello. Thank you for giving us a quiet room in the end and being kind. 」

「Check in was simple enough. They’ll email you details on check in. The inn was beautiful and so peaceful. We were very relaxed and appreciative of how quiet it was compared to a regular hotel. The mattress was not comfortable at all. We switched to sleeping toward the end of the bed and what was a little better. It’s warm in there and ceiling fan doesn’t help very much. We did find a standing fan in our closet and used it. It helped but we ended up sleeping with the top sheet only and skipped...
