「Clean and tidy.」

「Clean modern room, well equipped and great locaton」

「Do not book this property. Didn't get an access code, from the outside the property needed a lot off work done. Was told exspedia had got the dates wrong & shouldn't of but it on website, was given an alternative which had broken glass & empty bottles all over the floor outside the main building. The room was tiny with no bathroom & we didn't feel safe at all so refused to stay there. Had to pay for somewhere else to stay as we where four hours away from home. Cost us a lot of money to get...

「It was perfect for what we were after. A night in Southampton before getting an early ferry. Location for that. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. Really helped make the stay. Only thing we would change would be a fan in the room, as widows didn't open much to get air flow. That said it was one of the hottest nights of the year. 」

「No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.」

「The room was clean, and a great location in Southsea. A few small issues: the TV stopped working on our last morning, the bath had not been used and the water ran yellow, but the shower was fine. A cloth to do the washing up would have been of use. Overall the room was a great base for our weekend away.」

「No towel provided. Toilet was dirty. Very uncomfortable bed- pillow was flat. Nor recommend it」

「I didn’t end up staying at the property once I saw the bedroom. It was not up to par for my standard. I ended up checking into a Holiday Inn. For those planning to book I wouldn’t recommend it. 」
