Next time I come back to Bristol, I’d definitely be staying in this hotel again! The bed is very comfy, the free milk machine is such a nice facility in the corridor, the welcome cookies were yummy, the service is good, the room is nice and clean.

Was loverly room spotless. But was annoyed we was told on phone we would get robes and towels. We was told at hotel robes only on spa break. So i could of took my own.
