「I had messaged the property for special request to have a first floor room and a walk in shower if possible due to my sister being on crutches and the motel without an elevator. When we checked in, the staff was not very considerate. We booked 2 rooms. They were both on the 2nd floor neither with a walk in shower. In one room the only lights that worked were in the bathroom. There was not a desk chair at the desk. There were only 12 seats for breakfast. There were about 25 of us looking for...
