「We had a great stay at the holiday inn Carlsbad. We were met right away with very friendly staff and a well kept lobby. Our room was clean and set up like you’d expect. We used the pool and hot tub and I was happy it was heated and clean.」

「Great stay, as usual at a Hampton, in Roswell. The hotel and grounds were clean and well kept. Only issue was that most encounters with the staff could have been more welcoming and helpful; and my wife waited over 10 minutes at the desk just to checkout - and that was at checkout time. Perhaps the hotel could have a backup in place during those busy morning hours.」
