「Everything was good except we did not have hot water. When I told the desk person about the situation all she could say was that she would let the maintenance know. The next morning we found out that the entire hotel was with out hotwater and that the hotwater heater needed to be replaced. I would have been expected to be told that before I made my reservation or check in.」
