"The onsite staff were about young adult ages, these were the maids and the day time front desk staff. There was a virtual assistant available after hours. The bathroom exshaust fan was covered in dust. The shower head was covered in hard water along with the shower curtain missing hooks. The landline phone needs to be cleaned and sanitized it was black and sticky within the numbers and the speakers. The rooms were clean more of less besideds the black hairs across the white sheets when we unmade them, we have blonde and brown hair. The landscape needed to be weeded across the fence lines. They charged me for two adults instead of an adult and child. They took a $40.00 deposit out and was supposed to return it within a few days, this didn't happen. There was no damage as I only had me and my child and I gathered all my garbages and towels up before we left and there were no damages. YET, this deposit was not returned."

"Our trip hi-light was staying in a yurt. The yurt was spacious and very clean, the beds were super comfortable and although it got cold outside the blankets and yurt stayed relatively warm and we were snuggly. The showers and sink worked just fine, the bathrooms were a little stinky, but it looked like they were building new bathrooms and showers. There was a fire every night to warm us up with free s’mores and coffee and hot drinks in the morning. We would definitely come back."

"We got in around 10 pm on Friday night and the staff was more than accommodating in helping us get our room and even helping us with getting situated with our dog. The breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Had all the basics."

"It is a large decently maintained property that is showing it's age, or at least the building/room I stayed in could use a lot of updating in the bathroom area. The bed was good and for as large and close to the highway as it is it was not that noisy. The fridge, microwave and TV all worked without issue."

"Clean, comfortable, great for an overnight stay on the road - that European minimalist - clean and tidy. Lawn area to walk dogs with poop bags provided. Our bed was comfortable - no frills but very nice. I'd stay again as a traveler overnight."
Clarion Inn Idaho Falls Riverfront

"The room was clean, the staff helpful. The bed was crummy, didn't sleep well. I booked their for the pool and hot tub. Neither one worked. The clerk promised me $20 off the room because it didn't have the features why I booked. In the end I got nothing. Paid extra, and didn't get what I paid for. Will never stay their again"
