「Overnight front desk was wonderful, welcoming, and accommodating. Comfy pillows, hot tub was great, and location is perfect- easy on/ off from the highway and so close to lots of great restaurants, outlets, and the ice castles. The drive to copper mountain and A basin was beautiful and easy. 」

We really appreciated the complimentary SUV service, which made getting around Vail so easy. Huge shout-out to Russell—he went above and beyond with recommendations and genuine hospitality. The location can’t be beat—just a 5-minute walk to the gondola—and the ski valet at Gorsuch made skiing with kids effortless. The holiday activities were a blast!...

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
