「I stayed at your Fairfield Inn for two nights while in town for my mother’s funeral. I originally booked a king room but was moved to a double due to overbooking.
Both nights I was awakened at 12:30 a.m. by a loud pinging and dripping noise from the AC unit. I reported the issue after the first night and was told maintenance would address it, but the problem continued the second night. I was unable to get proper rest during an already difficult time.

「Better value for the money at the other budget hotels in the area. The room was clean but was in need of basic maintenance, the vanity mirror light turned itself on and off often, no fan in the bathroom so it smelled musty, power button was completely missing off air conditioner so I had to stick my finger down into the unit to start the AC. Only positives were the bed was super comfy and no bed bugs!
I wouldn't stay again. 」
