「Struggled with the room we were initially given. The television wouldn't work, the staff had no idea how to fix it. The room also had a very intense overwhelming smell from air freshners (maybe). We asked for a different room and were switched the second day we were there. The second room was not as large (as we had originally booked) but didn't smell and the TV worked. The staff tried, but it appears that their hands may be tied by management.」

「This hotel was just okay. Wasnt the cleanest. I requested an iron and the gentleman at the desk said he would leave for me when I returned and then when I went to pick it up, they gave it to someone else. I had to scramble at 10pm to find another iron so that I could be ready for the CSU graduation the next morning. That was quite problematic.」
