"The staff is so friendly! They make sure that we are comfortable, informed, and enjoying our stay. I will never forget the bellman Dedric. I prejudged him. I thought that he would be rude and short with us. To our surprise he didn’t hesitate to take the time to explain to us the things we needed to know to ensure we were ready to enjoy our stay. He has a rare ability to be assertive and kind at the same time. He has a tattoo on his neck, it led me to prejudge him, but when he began to speak and welcome my family back to Memphis has led us to our new go-to spot to stay each time we come home to visit. "We enjoyed our stay, very nuch. We loved our room 619. The staff was very friendly. The elevators need to be updated. There was black watervcoming from the outside but i think that was due to the water issue. We will definately come back!"
