「Perfect stay. Hosts very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We stayed just the one night as part of a road trip, visiting from the UK and found the Colonel Williams Inn a refreshing change from the larger corporate hotels and would have been more than happy to stay longer.」

「It was a nice treat to find a room in a renovated Southern Vermont hotel. Brattleboro has not had an easy time, and it has a marvelous past concealed by a slightly downscale present. The hotel, the room, the management-all great!!」

「Definitely getting more than you paid for in a budget price range. This is a very typical motel style building, but everything is nice and well cared for. Clean, comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Awesome grounds, with a big park-like yard. A/C worked great. Breakfast covered the basics well- bagels, cereal, yogurt, fresh waffles, fruit, fresh coffee. Owners were pleasant.」
