직원 대응은 "I don't know"뿐.

「Good location, easy access to popular surrounding areas. Breakfast spread good. Faced minor nuisance with ongoing improvements/construction」

「Staff」

「Superb service by the staff, across the board. They are eager to help. Food in the restaurant was well-prepared and delicious. Hot water in the shower takes awhile, but it comes. A really good stay.」

「Excellent property with world class facilities. We stayed at the Royal Suites. This is comparable to any 5 star facility abroad. The shower reminder me of the “Heavenly shower” of a western brand hotel. Cleanliness and hospitality of staff is exemplary. Rupa and Prashanth did a phenomenal job to help us book and stay. Food was pretty good. Will highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we come this way.」
