"The worst Sonesta that we’ve been to. We checked in at around 6pm. I called the front desk since to request if we can move to ground floor since my mother in law is old and couldn’t do steps anymore - the staff told us there is no available rooms already as it they’re fully booked which I think they’re not. They said they will be available room the next day and will call us if it’s ready. Guess what? They didn’t call us! And also, there was no crib. I message the hotel 3x about the crib but no...
