「Was a big scare when we reached the apartment and found out this was no one there for check in & no instruction sent before our arrival. In this remote location, the mobile connection is bad and I luckily able connected to WiFi in an indian Resturant. Found an old email thread, replied to it and luckily i received a Uk phone number to call for self check in instruction. Felt quite worried at the beginning with my wife and boys and about where we sleep . Not a good experience 」

「Top notch. Great communication from the vendor before arriving and they met me there when I arrived. Clean flat, safe access, well stocked. Car parking was free 6pm to 7am and you can pay via the app or pay £20 in the NCP. Will definitely use again. 」

「The apartment is very conveniently located in the heart of Leicester. It didn’t take us long to walk to anywhere in the city. Lovely decor and super modern. Had all the facilities we needed, full kitchen, living area and double bedroom. The only downsides were that the bathroom had a really strong drain smell and then in a morning we’d get food smells in the kitchen that seemed to be coming through from other apartments. 「Good: contact with manager. Cleanliness and general set up Parking for car off road. Access to public transport.. Not good: on arrival the flat was stone cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Kitchen equipment was old, basic and just about functional. Very limited small kitchen tools 」
